CASH and Checks with proper ID. 40.00 fee for returned check. We will report any bad checks. No expressed or implied warranties by workers and or owner of said property. Everything is sold as is where is. Not responsible for accidents nor is the homeowner and /or persons involved in conducting the sale. Please be careful when going up and down any and all steps or stairways. Most items will be 1/2 price on Sunday.Bids maybe left for over half for items 100.00 and over. We will call on winning bids the end of the day on Saturday will try again Sunday morning if unable to reach. Please watch steps , stay away from pool.
Bring help to load purchases. We will write sold on large items too
