Face masks are mandatory. No exceptions and shall be worn properly. Social distancing will be enforced. Temperature will be checked upon entry.
Sign up sheets: The sale will start promptly at 8:30 am both days. A sign up sheet will be posted. You can sign up only your name and no one else. Once you have signed your name you must remain on premises. If you don’t, your name will be removed from the list.
Pricing: Everything is full price the first day. No haggling or discounts. No exceptions. The second day most items will be half price. Items with an orange dot will be discounted but not half price
Bids: Bids will be taken between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm the first day. Bids must be 60% of the original price to be considered. Bid sheets available at the cashier’s table. Winning bids will be notified by 7:30 pm. All bid items not paid for by 10 :00 am the following day will be sold to the general public.
All items sold as is and where it is. No refunds or exchanges. So inspect your purchases closely. Workers will write up large items and furniture only. Small items will be written up by the cashier. Workers will mark items sold for you and must have name and number on each item marked sold.
Payment: Cash, checks with name address and phone number and all major credit cards accepted. IDs will be checked.
Neither McKee Antiques nor the home owner are responsible for any accidents or damages. So watch your step and other people. Enter at your own risk.
No strollers or shopping carts allowed. Estate sale are held in private homes with limited amount of space. So handicap accessibility is limited.
Due to insurance regulations our workers neither pack or move purchases or furniture. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack or move their purchases
Movers are available but tips and moving costs are between the customer and the mover.
