Terms

Cash and credit cards will be accepted. There is a 3 percent charge on credit card purchases. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND AS IS. NO REFUNDS. All items must be picked up by Sunday August 1st before 2:00pm.
Sunday everything will be half off.
The property owner is not responsible for any accidents on site.
Bring help move and load heavy items.
We will have very few boxes and wrapping paper available.
Due to the small size of the rooms we are having to limit entrance to 15 people at a time.
We will have a sign in sheet available at 8 and the sale will start promptly at 9 am.

THERE ARE NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE.
