We accept Cash, Venmo, and Local Checks with valid ID. Sales Tax must be added. Everything sells As-is and needs to be picked up by the end of the sale.
Loading: We have helpers scheduled to work Sat., Sept. 17th from 10:00 am - Noon to help load your furniture purchases for you. You might consider giving them a $5 tip for this wonderful service, but tips are not required. If you cannot pickup at this time, then you will need to bring your own help to load your purchases. We will have hand trucks that you can use.
Shop at your own risk. We, nor the owners, are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or sicknesses occurring on the property. Please use caution walking around the property. It is a nice area, but we ask you to use caution and be careful. Somethings are sharp and can be broken, so handle with care. You agree to shop at your own risk by coming in.
All items selling "As-is" and "Where-is." All sales are final. No Returns. Not responsible for items not picked up. Items need be picked up by the last day of the sale.

Don’t judge this sale by the size, but rather by the nice quality items at great prices! There are some great finds here! Everything is nice and clean. This house has sold and the family is relocating, so everything must go!
