3 DAYS ONLY! WE DO NOT HELP LOAD so you must bring your own help and loading materials. We will not hand out numbers as when sale time starts doors will open. This sale is a 3-day sale where everything is easily accessible and ready to load so make sure to come the first day if you see something in the pictures you are interested in. We DO CHARGE a 3% fee on all credit/debit card purchases.

8AM-5PM on Friday with EVERYTHING 25% OFF and all remaining items 50% off on Saturday!
We open the doors promptly at start time and everyone is welcome to come in and start buying. We will take CASH, debit or credit cards. Bring help to load large items, Not responsible for Accidents—

This house/buildings were maintained in pristine condition! Motor home, vehicle, lawn mower and items are spotless and ready to use! Owners lived previously in Montana so LOTS of western decor.

Motor home, lawn mower & vehicle will be sold through bidding. You may bid in person or call in to 205-269-2619. Bidding starts first day of sale, Thursday @ 8AM and ends Friday @ 1PM. Bidding items can be paid for with a CERTIFIED cashiers’ check or cash—NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED! They MUST be paid IN FULL by 5PM on Friday and title and bill of sale will be written. If motor home, vehicle or lawn mower isn’t paid for by DEADLINE of 5PM on Friday, that item will go to next bidder. We WILL NOT HOLD any items without FULL PAYMENT.
