NOTE: This is a 3 day sale Tuesday  10-1 Friday 10-1 and Saturday 8-11. Because Estatesale.net only allows you to post 4 days in a roll sales we have to post Tuesday friday and then delete Tuesday to add Friday to the schedule. 

This house has 2 out buildings full of Christmas village type houses, crafting items, antiques, yard art, misc. The yard is full of yard art of all type and park benches, we even have a 1950 Dale Heitein Dodge Way Farrer that is running. It is beautiful too.   The house is full of beer steins from many years of collecting, furniture, household items, linens and so much more. This sale is a real adventure of walking around the whole area picking out the treasures. There are 2 sheds that will not be available to shop in.  We will have 2 check outs on the porch to the house and at the out building on the drive.  Hope to see you there. This is a do not miss sale for the digging crowd.

Policy

We start reserving the items that are photographed with a tag description under it, as soon as they are posted on Face book and EstateSales.net.  At either site click on the picture and you will see the prices of the larger items. Then you can call or text and reserve only for the next open sale day to come out and purchase. You will need to bring help to move the larger items.  We will charge you a Courtesy fee of $20 (with money going to the loader) for having to move a item that is clearly marked YOU LOAD. You must call the number posted for each sale to get the item. We do not accept “I want this “on Facebook. You must talk to someone to make arrangements for payment and pick up. If you reserve an item we consider it yours. 
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND HELP TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS.

*All sales are” final”, “as is” where it is.

*We accept cash and checks only.

* Feel free to make an offer anytime during the week. If the item has not sold at full price, the highest offer will be accepted for the item on Friday Morning  if your offer is above 25% off or at 12:00 noon if your offer is above 50% off. We will look at offers on Friday   sales.

Manna House

We are still collecting small soaps and shampoos for Manna House.  You can also feed our Manna House Jar at the checkout at each sale. We use this money for whatever is needed each week at Manna house from food, diapers, peanut butter ETC.
