All sales are final, as is, where is. You MUST BRING HELP to load large items and be prepared to remove your purchases from the premises. We will NOT have people to load boxes or items purchased. Please bring boxes and wrapping material. We will not have packing supplies. We accept cash or checks, Venmo, and credit cards. There is a 3% fee for credit cards. We ask that you be thoughtful of the neighborhood since we don't want to be run out of town, and we thank you for your support!!!!!

We are not responsible for accidents.

P.S. Unruly children will be given chocolate and a stray puppy to take home!!!!

Wow! What can I say about such a beautiful home, setting and items in the home! You’ll want to just stop and enjoy the beautiful view while you shop!

For this sale you will want to wear your walking shoes! This home has four levels as well as outdoor items. We have our own boutique room, two large closets with men’s clothing, a jewelry room, beautiful chairs and leather couches, a sports and Christmas room, a full size carousel horse, outdoor furniture, dressers and bedding. There will be sterling jewelry that will be at the home only during the sale hours so they are not pictured. There are tools, medical electric bed, archery equipment, lawn mowers, weed eaters, backpack blowers and so much more. You will NOT want to miss this sale. Please see the pictures to view most of the items in the sale.

PLEASE NOTICE - we WILL be taking a limited number of appointments prior to the sale on Wednesday June 3. You must text me at 205-242-7172 to schedule an appointment. Please text 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Texts will be returned during those hours.
