The tagged/listed items will be purchased by credit card in advance of the sale. You MUST TEXT or call the number listed (256)527-8432 To reserve an items or ask questions. .
All sales are FINAL, as is, where it is. NO REFUNDS
You must bring your own help to move furniture, (we currently have very few staff who are able to assist you with moving furniture), large or heavy items that you have purchased. WE WILL NOT REFUND PURCHASES IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FIND HELP.
Occasionally we are able to make arrangements for customers to pick up large items prior to opening day after the purchase is completed. We will make arrangements to meet you, but you must bring your own help to load and the right tools to be able to move your items. Our staff due to liability will not be assisting you in loading larger items.
We will charge a 5% credit card fee at the sale only.
All items that are left at the house and not picked up during the Estate sale time will be donated to charity.
All sales are final as is where is. NO REFUNDS.

This beautiful 1 story house in the back of Hampton Cove Subdivision where it is easier to access from Caldwell Lane off 431 at Hampton Inn. This house has 4 bedrooms, 3 car garage and 2 seating rooms full to the brim with treasures from fine furniture from Braggs furniture such as Ethan Allen, Thomasville, Pennsylvania house and more. We have Spode China, Shanian crystal, lenox, and more kitchen items. the garage is full of tools such as craftsman, Stanley, Stihl and more. This is a real digging sale in the garage for tools and holiday items to RV camping items. We have women's size 12 to medium clothes, men's size xl clothes. So come on out to shop this house and please check out the items you can purchase in advance by texting /calling 256-527-8432 to reserve the items by credit card.

I am sorry about the heat of summer. We do have a signup sheet at the front door to sign up to come into the house. We will be honoring that if you sign up, you must be at the front door when your name is called, or you will go to the end of the line.
