So if it is not sold by than the item can be your if you have the highest offer.

This beautiful 1 story house with attached garage is full with furniture, everyday household items, Clothing size 6 1/2-7 woman shoes, size 8-12 clothes, office supplies, 65 Inch flat screen, tools and so much more. You must come out to see all we have.

Policy

· Our policy is that we start selling anything that is photo on Tuesday at a Presale 10:00-1:00 before the weekend scheduled sale. You are invited to “Call or Text” to reserve an item at 256-682-904four. Make sure you talk to a person or have a text reply to make arrangements for payment and pick up. If you reserve an item we consider it YOURS. We do not accept “I want this on Facebook”. You must talk to someone by phone or text confirming you got the item and make arrangements for pickup and payment. You are welcome to make an offer on any item. The offers will be looked at on Friday at 12:00 noon, and you must pick up item by Saturday 8:00 UNLESS you make other arrangements.

· Everything will be full price until Friday morning we will open with 25% off and at 12:00 noon we will look at the offers. So please make offers on anything you like, but don't like the price. If it has not sold by Friday at 12:00 noon you could be the winner of the offer and will be called to come get the item by Saturday at 8:00 AM (unless you make other arrangements).

· Everything will be 1/2 on Saturday. We have to have everything out by 12:00 noon Saturday. So we make deals on the things that are left.

· ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO MOVE LARGE ITEMS.

MANA House: We are still collecting Peanut Butter, small hotel soaps and shampoos, diapers and household items for Manna house distribution center for people in need. Please bring us items or feed our jar at the checkout and hear us ring the bell and cheer. We use the money to help purchase items needed for Manna House or for people in need.
