This is a 2-day, Friday & Saturday, Estate Sale from 8:00 - 4:00 each day. Sale will start at 8:00am(CST) each day. NO EARLY SALES. Not responsible for accidents and you enter at your own risk! This is a CASH only sale!...Sorry, NO CHECKS or CREDIT CARDS. Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a copy of your current re-sale tax certificate is presented. Sorry, no exceptions. All items will be sold AS-IS, with No Warranty or Guarantee. Prior to your purchase, it is YOUR responsibility to examine items as to their condition because ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! No Refunds or Exchanges. All items will be full price on Friday and no discounts. Saturday all remaining items will be 50% off. Please bring boxes and paper for packing your own items, as we will probably run out of our supplies. All items purchased must be removed from house by close on Saturday.
