This is a 2-day, Friday & Saturday, Estate Sale from 8:00am - 2:00pm (CST) each day. NO EARLY SALES.
Not responsible for accidents. Enter at your own risk!
CASH only sale! There will be an ATM on site for your convenience.
Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a copy of your current re-sale tax certificate is presented.
All items will be sold AS-IS, with No Warranty or Guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! No Refunds or Exchanges.
All items will be full price on Friday, and no discounts.
Saturday all remaining items will be 50% off.
Please bring boxes and paper for packing your own items, as we will probably run out of our supplies.
All items purchased must be removed from house by close on Saturday.
We are NOT responsible for packing or loading your items, so PLEASE bring help for your purchases.

We are ready to kick the year off with our first estate sale in Ozark, Alabama!!  Nice & clean, non-smoker, and non-pet home full of furniture, household items, collectibles, washer & dryer, outdoor items, and 2 vehicles!!!

All vehicles are sold as-is, with no warranty!  Both vehicles were daily drivers, but have been parked for about 4 months.
