Estate Sale Weather Alert!                                        

We are aware of the possible severe weather conditions tomorrow. 

The storm is supposed to be in Ozark by noon.  We will open at 8:00 AM, which gives you plenty of time to shop.

We will be monitoring the weather all day.  We will make accommodations, even closing early, if necessary.

So come join us!

Remember there is NO PARKING on Andrews Avenue !

Turn onto Campground Rd and then into the driveway of the house.  There is plenty of parking in the front yard.

A quiet little gray house on the corner of Andrews Avenue and Campground Road (across from Dollar General) is the location of our next sale.  It is the home of Elsie Smith, a well-respected, life-long Ozark resident, who was nurse and friend to so, so many.

We hope to share it with you this Friday and Saturday – January 12^th and 13^th.

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday and 

8:00 until it is all gone! on Saturday.

The address is 3827 Andrews Avenue.

The house registers a little off on the Maps app. If you are on Andrews Avenue at Campground Road, you are there!  Look for our signs.

Important!  There is NO parking on Andrews Avenue !!  Turn onto Campground Road, then into the front yard of the house to park.  Easy access will be marked.

You will enter the house at the front door and then exit the house at the side carport. 

Inside the house you will find:

·         Traditional well-made furniture from the 1950s and 60s.

·         Lamps and decorative accessories

·         Kitchen items and cookware

·         Housewares, linens, and Holiday decorations

·         Sewing machine and needlework supplies,

·         Books and more books!

·         Outdoor items, flower pots, and garden ornaments

·         There are 4 outbuildings for you to explore !!
