This estate sale is a total liquidation picker sale - everything must go - family has medical bills to pay and needs everything sold. Bring all reasonable offers! This is a cash and carry sale - all items must be picked up and hauled away by buyer at the time of the sale. No holds.
Cash Preferred / Cards Accepted (Convenience Fee and Taxes on All Card Payments).
All Sales Final. No exchanges. No refunds. No warranties. Everything is sold "as is" and Buyer is responsible for loading all items purchased. Bring help to move, carry, lift and load heavy items. Our team will not be able to assist with heavy items at this sale. Buyers must use caution and be careful when moving items not to damage the property in any way. If you damage something, you are responsible for the cost of repair.
