- Retro Vibes Estate Sales LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, etc. that may occur on the property of the sale. You are entering the premises at your OWN risk.
- Items are sold as is where is. No refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final, no exceptions.
- We accept cash and credit (3% convenience fee on all card transactions). Checks are NOT accepted as a form of payment. Sales tax will be applicable on all purchases.
- Please be prepared to provide your own labor, the estate sale staff will not be able to help with moving/loading large purchases. Any pickup needs to be completed before the end of sale.
-Customers are responsible for forming and maintaining their own line prior to the start of the sale. Retro Vibes Estate Sales does not distribute entry numbers, maintain waitlists, or manage line placement before opening. Entry will be granted in the order that customers are lined up at the time the sale begins. Please be respectful of others in line. Retro Vibes Estate Sales reserves the right to address any disputes or disruptive behavior to ensure a safe and fair shopping environment for everyone.
- Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT Park on any lawns.
- Children are to be under parent supervision as ALL times. Parent will be responsible for purchasing any items broken by their children.
- No public restrooms.
- Blue tape will indicate items that are not for sale, as well as any rooms that are off limits to the public.
- Cash is required for purchases over $250.00.
