This house is loaded with a lot of nice items. We have only been in this house for 2 days. There are probably some items I still haven't seen. The people that lived here were professional picture framers. We have all of the equipment you need to build picture frames. We have the Omega model 2000 double miter saw, the Mitre-Mite VN2+1 frame assembling machine, the machine for cutting the mats and the machine for cutting the glass. We also have all of the material needed to make frames.. We have the wood, the glass, the mats, and the hardware. We also have a lot of very nice high quality prints that are in excellent condition. We have some Thomas Blackshear vintage spiritual prints. I have some sports prints of Alabama football, Davey Allison, and Nolan Ryan. These prints are awesome. There are so many that I am not able to display them so a good picture can be taken. I also have a lot of general hand tools available that are in very good condition. I have a beautiful 24" x 36" framed Thomas Kincaid oil on canvas with COA plus a bunch of other nice framed wall decor. This is a first for me, I have an uncut sheet of one dollar bills, legitimate U.S. currency. I have a bunch of ducks. Some are wooden hand carved and signed. I have some very nice unique pieces of brass. I have a 1993 Sugar Bowl Case knife in its box in mint condition. I have a beautiful Aladdin pink Lincoln drape oil lamp.
