Prattville Alabama Green Estate Sale

HERE WE GO AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!

As you all know our sales are not staged with others items, they are not dealers getting together to put on an antique show and sale, they are one family and only that families items including in that sale  all the from the 1.00 trinket to the high end antiques.

We will be conducting the Green families estate sale when others have turned them away. There will be no sign in sheets, no leaving bids, no half off the second day or any tricks or gimmicks. I will cut the tape at 9:00 a.m. sharp on that Friday and the wheeling and dealing will begin. Just to give you an idea if you have never been to one of our sales. Our sales typically average a 75% sale through rate on the first day.

We don't price each individual item that may be of value of 10.00 or less. The way we work these items are you round up all the unpriced items you are interested in and we will make you a group price on those items, this applies the majority  of the time. There are sometimes exceptions to this rule.

The pictures that have been taken are just preliminary pictures taken at the signing of the agreement to be posted for you to immediately get an idea of what items are  available in the house. Other individual item pictures will be added as soon as the house is ready to be opened to the public.

We are required by the STATE OF ALABAMA TO  CHARGE SALES TAX at estate sales. If you have a problem paying sales tax, take it up with the ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUES OFFICE, not me. Unless you have a hard copy of a current, valid, sales tax exemption certificate that we can receive  you will be charged sales tax.
