Williams Living Estate Sale

Friday's shopping is by appointment only. Signage advertising the sale will not be posted until Friday evening.

We will text and/or email the address of the home and confirm your appointment time after you fill out the form below. The property has a Rogersville address, but it is actually located near Lexington, AL.

Please note the following terms:
We do not accept checks.
We will not hold items. To reserve an item, you must pay for it in full.
By coming to the sale, you are shopping at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and any damage to the property.
Everything is "As is." No returns.
You are expected to move and load the items yourself. We will not assist with moving or loading larger items. If you purchase a larger item, you must pay and negotiate a time to pick it up and notify a worker before removing it from the property. Again, we will not hold items without full payment.
No large totes or purses will be allowed inside the home.

If you make an appointment to shop on Friday, please arrive at the time of your appointment. If you are early, you may be asked to wait outside. If you are late, you may be denied entry.If
