5,000 square foot home built in 1840.
Multiple outbuildings all full! We will be having two sales at this property. This is a sale for the military collector, the primitive collector, the jewelry collector, the tool collector, the antique linen collector and the list goes on.

If you live within an hour of this sale you will want to come. Every square foot is full of unique pieces!

READ AHEAD FOR WHAT IS ON THE PROPERTY!
This property is unique in that it has a very early community cemetery. It has been grown up for many years but with some help, we have uncovered it and will all of our customers the opportunity to visit. There are over 34 known burial spots and many are marked. Some headstones date back to the early 1800s!
VERY IMPORTANT: Path will be clearly marked to the cemetery and visitors are not allowed to venture off of the path. Some of the graves have fallen in and pose a real danger for those that venture to closely. We assume no responsibility for those that do not follow instructions and stray from the path.

TWO ESTATE SALES HERE!
There will be 2 estate sales at this property due to the amount of items. Not everything will be offered for sale during the first weekend.

An estate sale will be held Oct. 20-22nd in what is presumed to be the oldest standing home in Russell County, AL.

We know that this property will require several hours for you to go through so we will also have several vendors on site selling drinks and homemade goodies. Come support local!
