All sales are final, sold as is, where is, with no warranties, guarantees, exchanges or refunds. No early sales. YOU must be prepared to pack, load and haul your purchases--all items must be removed same day. Cash, credit card or approved checks only. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be mindful of neighbors' yards and driveways. Please read the following so you will be fully informed.
1. Some tickets are two part and perforated. Most of these tickets are on items too large or heavy to easily carry. If you pull the bottom part of the ticket off you have purchased the item as the stub won't reattach. Please be sure you want the item before detaching the stub at the bottom of the ticket. These tickets are bright yellow or buff colored.
2. If you are interested in leaving an offer on an item, please get an offer form from one of the workers.. If needed, ask for assistance in completing the form.
3. After you complete the form, please give it to a cashier or other worker.
4. Offers will be accepted only for items priced more than $50.00.
5. The offer you make must be for 60% or more of the marked price.
6. If you leave an offer and are notified your offer was accepted, the item is considered as sold and you are the purchaser.
7. You will be called between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and can pick the item(s) up from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
8. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEM.
9. We do not load or haul your purchases. However, occasionally some of the workers will help you but you should tip them for their services. If you do receive their assistance they are NOT responsible for damage to any item..
10. Neither the property owner or FaB, LLC is responsible for any accident or injury.
