URGENT UPDATE
DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST FOR FRIDAY
WE ARE GOING TO CANCEL THE SALE FOR FRIDAY UNLESS THERE IS A DRASTIC CHANGE IN THE WEATHER.
ALSO WE ARE GOING TO EXTEND THE SALE FOR THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AND SATURDAY THE 24th & 25th 9am-3pm
SAME RULES WILL APPLY
Cash is preferred but some sellers will offer one or more of the following option’s Meta pay; PayPal; Venmo.
You will be crossing private properties so you must stay on the established roadways.
Do not throw any trash out on the roadways.
Stay in your vehicles until you arrive at the site of the sale.
You will be outside at all times.
You are welcome to bring a folding chair, drinks, snacks.
Take your trash with you.
THERE WILL BE NO RESTROOMS in the traditional sense. We are going to do our best to provide something in case of an emergency but, it will be crude at best.
You are attending this sale at your own risk. The owners will not be responsible for any incidents or accident involving your person or your personal property.
This is a cash and carry sale.
If you are unable to take something with you at the time of the sale… we will not be responsible for your items once purchased.
Nothing will be put back inside the barns. You may want to bring a tarp to cover anything you can’t take with you.
The sale ends at 3pm each day and you will have until 4pm to pick up large items.
EVERYTHING MUST BE PICKED UP BY 4 PM ON THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE 3/19/23
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Rule’s
1- NO CHILDREN this is for their protection as well as ours.
2- NO PETS for same reasons.
3- NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE ANY OF THE BUILDINGS AT ANYTIME also, for your protection and ours. Our buildings are jam packed full.
4- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
5- You will be asked for your driver's license. You will need to show them again if you have to come back and pick up large items.
EVERYONE ATTENDING THE SALE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER RELEAVING PROPERTY OWNERS AND ALL OF THEIR AFFILIATES OF ALL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF INCIDENTS OR ACCIDENTS RESULTING IN BODYILY HARM OF ANY KIND AND /OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY.
IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO SIGN THE WAIVER YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE SALE.
We do not quote prices or do pre-sale prior to the sale.
There will be a 3.99% added to all card purchases.
All items are sold as is.
9.5% tax will be added unless you have a tax ID resale #. please have a paper copy.
Do not walk around the property.
I have a horse. DO NOT FEEL FREE TO GO PET HIM.
