Rain or Shine. No early sales. If there are large crowds prior to opening, numbers will be distributed and access may be limited to assure customer safety. All items are sold as is, where is and final. No warranty, real or implied. No discounting until Saturday afternoon. Due to aging plumbing, restroom will not be open for public use, so take care of business before you arrive. We prefer cash payment. Purchases must be removed from premises during sale hours. For liability reasons, we cannot provide help with moving or delivering large items. Although we are happy to share packing materials, we suggest that you bring your own in case ours have run out. Since they are not at the sale location, our store personnel cannot answer questions about pricing or availability of specific items. Every effort is made to assure customer safety; therefore, we do not accept responsibility for accidents and/or bodily injury.
