Condition of any item can be subjective. Many items are cleaned and polished. If the item description shows photos of an item in both an unclean and cleaned/polished condition, buyer will receive the item in the cleaned condition. Verso areas are occasionally not cleaned or polished, as the back side of collectible pieces can attest to age, quality, manner of construction. Any question as to condition or authenticity must be made within 3 days of receipt of item. Any appraiser, no matter the degree of said appraiser's training and experience, can be mistaken. Right is retained to contest buyer's/seller's claims against authenticity.

Note: Shipping charges are structured to promote multiple purchases. For this auction shipping charge is $15.00 for 1 item, $10.00 for two items, and $3.50 flat rate shipping for 3 or more items purchased. Please note there is an occasional surcharge for large, heavy pieces such as bust, canvas art, etc.

There is a 2% additional charge on payments by phone. This is a pass through charge, since the credit card companies charge sellers an additional fee to process payments via phone.

Items almost never have reserves (no reserves this auction). There are never friends nor family bidding, no 'house' bidders', no call-in pre-bidding. If a listed item shows to have sold in an earlier auction, it is due to a non-paying bidder, and the item relisted. When an item is relisted due to a non-paying bidder, the non-paying bidder's ID is provided in the auction description. Reviews are welcomed and appreciated. Reviews are never responded to.
