PLEASE READ ALL TERMS:
All items are being sold AS IS and all sales are FINAL. Items must be removed by the end of sale on the final day.
Cash, check (with 2 forms of id) and credit card (3% fee to buyer) are accepted.
Dealers MUST LEAVE tax exempt certificate with HIES; photos/copies WILL NOT be made on site.
Please bring necessary tools, packing supplies and manpower to remove items from the sale. Assistance will be extremely limited.
High Integrity Estate Sales LLC is held harmless of any accident or injuries of any kind that may result during this event.

All items are offered on a first-come first-served basis and High Integrity Estate Sales has no obligation whatsoever to place items on hold. High Integrity Estate Sales will do our best to answer questions as quickly as possible as we receive them and within normal business hours. Payment for "Offered for PreSale" items will be cash or cashier's check only. No credit card or personal checks will be accepted on these items.
All OTHER items are sellable ONLY during the sale hours. We do not offer pricing on items prior to the start of the sale on Friday, except for those items "Offered for Presale."
