     Center Point Road is a narrow street in a residential neighborhood.  Use extra care when parking.

     The sale will begin with a full day on Wednesday due to the large amount and variety of items. We advise you to bring a tote bag or box to hold all your goodies as you shop

     The home is a single story residence with a large garage/workshop and one outbuilding. Items for sale include a refrigerator and like new kitchen appliances in the kitchen with numerous, older items from Salad Master.  A chest type freezer, convection oven/microwave, two La Z Boy recliners, sofas, two sets of dining tables w/chairs, a king-sized bed & mattress,  two tread mills, a like new Yamaha upright piano, and a small organ.

     The storage building is 12'x28', and in excellent condition.  One large safe and one smaller one, scrap booking supplies, artist's painting supplies with hundreds of good quality instruction books and manuals, material and sewing supplies, both old and new sewing machines, Home Interior figurines and wall hangers, and a large supply of office supplies including some good, older, sturdy office-type desks.

     In the shop and outbuilding you'll find many new and used woodworking tools, electric and manual, a large shop vise, older table saw and band saw, automotive supplies, metal shelving, and a good smaller roll-around tool box.  There are also 15 smaller Tonka trucks in varying condition.
