Sign Up Sheets : The sale will start promptly at 9:00am both days. A sign up sheet will be posted both days. You can sign your name only and no one else’s. Once you sign up,you must remain on premises. If you do not, your name will be removed from the list.
Pricing: Everything is full price the first day. No exceptions. No haggling or discounts. All items will be half price second day
Bids: Bids will be taken the first day between 9:00am and 4:00 pm. Bids must be 60% of the original price to be considered. Bid sheets are available at the cashier’s table located in the garage. Winning bids will be notified by 7:30 that evening. All bud items not paid for by 10:00 the next morning will be either offered to the next highest bidder or sold to the general public.
All items sold as is ,where it is. No refunds or exchanges, so inspect your purchases closely.
Workers will write up large items and furniture only. Small items will be written up by the cashiers. Cash out will be in the garage. Receipts will be checked upon leaving . Workers will mark sold items, but name and phone number must be on all items marked sold.
Payment: Cash, check with name and address and phone number, and all major credit cards accepted. ( due to the lack of internet and bad reception be prepared to have cash or check backup. )IDs will be checked and there is a 3% fee charged for all debit or credit card sales and 10% sales tax as required by law. Dealers using their tax numbers must bring a paper copy of their tax exemption. No exceptions made. No paper copy … You must PAY tax.

Due to insurance regulations, our workers neither pack purchases nor move furniture. It’s the customer’s responsibility to do so. So bring help and your own packing materials. Movers are usually available but tips and moving costs are between the mover and the customer.
