Sale will begin at 9AM - no early entry or early sales.
A sign up list will be posted on front door by 7AM morning of the sale.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). There is a $50 minimum credit card charge and a 3% credit card fee.
Bids will be taken on items of $100 or more. Your bid must be a minimum of 60% of the original price. Bids will be opened the evening of the first day and winning bidders will be notified that evening. If you win a bid you must pay by 10AM the next morning.
All items not sold on the first day are HALF PRICE THE SECOND DAY!
You will need to bring your own supply of boxes and wrapping paper as we will have a limited supply of both on hand. All items are sold "as is". Our workers are unable to load large furniture so please make arrangements for loading & moving.
