The same family has owned this home since 1947; The lady we are conducting the sale for inherited it from her parents and they owned a restaurant in the University back in the 1950's. This is a sale that has lots of cast iron, Vintage American Fostoria, Fenton, USA, Vintage Iris Herring Bone , antique cast iron dinner bell (100+ years old), upholstered child's rocker from 1949, Duncan Phyfe dining room suite (2 Mahogany sideboards, mahogany china cabinet, table with 4 chairs) lots of antiques, restaurant pans and tableware, antique mirror, wardrobe, Futon, Jenny Lind bed, vintage highchair, coffee and end tables, rugs, lamps, vintage stereo, bookcases, costume jewelry, vintage toys, Vintage John Deere 20 pedal tractor with wagon, vintage Star War items,, vintage games and comic books, Vintage Wonder Horse, Old Tools , Vintage hand written recipes as well as books, and many more great items. We also have two swords that we believe were made before the Civil War, but were used in the war as they are very old as you can see in the pictures. The lady we are doing the sale for said they had been passed down in her family. We are going to take bids on them and will contact the high bidder Friday afternoon after 5:00 PM and must be picked up before 10:00 Saturday morning. This is a sale that has a first floor a basement and Garage and lots of great unique and vintage items. NO EARLY SALES! Sale begins at 8:00 AM and we start giving out tickets at 7:00 AM; you need to be lined up with your ticket at 5 minutes till 8:00.
