Prominant Tuscaloosa family, both Mr. annd Mrs. Palmore were educators in the Tuscaloosa area and very active in the community. Palmore Park in Tuscaloosa is named in Mrs. Palmore's honor. Decendents of one of Tuscaloosa's first Black Physicians who also started a hospital for the Black community.
The Palmores were avid world travlers and it is reflected in this sale.
