Entry numbers are available approximately 1 hour before the opening of the sale. We only admit a certain number of people in the house at one time.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Sales tax is charged unless you can present us with a copy of a current Tax Exemption Form provided by your State.
All Sales are Final. Please ask for help on large items - please don't pull the tag yourself - we will mark the item as sold.
We cannot always help you load large items, please be aware of this and bring appropriate help. THERE WILL BE A $20 COURTESY LOADING FEE FOR CERTAIN ITEMS IF WE HAVE TO LOAD - THESE ITEMS WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED - CASH OR CHECK ONLY ON THIS COURTESY FEE.

Our Union Grove sale will be well worth the short scenic drive where you will find Victorian and vintage furniture, oriental style rugs, fine art paintings, mirrors, sterling and plated silver, mahogany furniture, twin beds, matching dresser with mirror, metal mesh outdoor furniture, and more! We are still sorting out the attic! The garage holds some good shop tools for woodworking and more. Toy John Deere Tractor with wagon attachment, in the metal, not the plastic! Beautiful leather covered travel trunk in remarkable condition and over 100 years old, quilts, cedar chests and more.
Coming from Huntsville head South on 231, cross the river, go up Brindlee Mountain, drive through Morgan City, drive past the entrance to Cherokee Ridge Subdivision on the right, come to the top of the hill and watch for the Alpha Signs on the left about 1 mile or so from Cherokee Ridge. Gravel road on the left, mailbox is marked with the address number, come back the gravel road and there is a charming contemporary style house back a long winding road! Plenty of parking! We will have our signs out! Bring help to load, there is a loading fee for large heavy items, but we will assist!
