There will be NO sign up sheet if you arrive before the sale. There will be a line at the front door of the home. This includes all other places on the property there are items for sale.
If you are interested in anything on the tables like coins, jewelry, military, ticket stubs, etc, they cannot be held and must be purchased at that time.
We will have Executive Transport available on Saturday to move any furniture that you have purchase through out the sale.
We accept major credit cards for purchases with Drivers license verification and receipt signature.
There will be a 3% convenience fee for all credit card purchases.
Please bring help to load heavy items and all equipment. We will not be able to load or carry any items.
We will Executive Transport services to deliver any items on Saturday.
We will not be responsible for any accidents related to loading or moving any equipment.
Remember you are in someones home so please be respectful.
Please, at all times, be mindful of neighbors' property & driveways.
All items sold "AS-IS" with NO WARRANTIES. Please inspect all items before purchasing.
NO RETURNS.
All items must be picked up before 5pm on Saturday.
We are not responsible for any accidents before, during and after the sale. Please be careful around the whole property.
Please bring your own packing material to pack your purchases.
We will take silent bids for any and all remaining items left in the home on the last day of the sale. We will call you if your bid is the winner.

The gentlemen that lived here was a hobby wood worker. He built cabinets for people.
