We will not have any services to deliver any items at this sale.
We will not be responsible for any accidents related to loading or moving any equipment.
Remember you are in someones home so please be respectful.
Please, at all times, be mindful of neighbors' property & driveways.
All items sold "AS-IS" with NO WARRANTIES. Please inspect all items before purchasing.
NO RETURNS.
All items must be picked up before 5pm on Saturday.
