First of all without YOU, our customers we could not provide an amazing auction experience and have it be a success. With that said, over the years we have developed a few rules that must be followed to make this experience awesome for everyone involved. We appreciate your patronage and your cooperation. *****We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a sales tax applied to this sale. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. ******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******We will be taking cash only for this sale. The only exception to this is if you are a registered customer with our company with a perfect check writing record). ******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. *******A sign in sheet will be posted at 7:00 a.m. We will have to limit this sale to 15 at a time in the house due to space limitations.

We have a great sale three times a month where we take the contents of several small estates from around our area and combine them into one large auction. Items you could see are furniture, jewelry, coins, antiques, collectables, guns, sports memorabilia, mid century modern, sterling, gold, architectural pieces and much, much more. As well as estates we have a group of great consigners with awesome items for every one of our sales. We usually always try to have pictures posted for you to view at least one week prior to the sale. However, we add items all the way up until time for the sale. Check back often and see what we have added. LOOKING TO HAVE AN ESTATE SALE? CALL US TODAY TO DISCUSS WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU! OUR OFFICE IS ALWAYS OPEN ON MONDAYS FROM 12-5 TO COME BY AND SEE US. WE BUY 1 ITEM UP TO WHOLE ESTATES. COME SEE US   All items will be sold as-is, where-is. 15% buyers premium with a 5% discount for cash or checks. All items must be removed day of sale. Doors will open at 3:00 p.m. for preview and registration. 8% sales tax will be charged unless you have a copy of your Alabama Dept of Revenue issued tax exempt certificate.
