THIS IS A TWO WEEKEND SALE, TOTAL OF 6 DAYS ONLY, RAIN OR SHINE.
DATE OF WEEK 1: FRIDAY 9/8, SATURDAY 9/9, and SUNDAY 9/10.
DATE OF WEEK 2: FRIDAY 9/15, SATURDAY 9/16, and SUNDAY 9/17.

PRE-SALE / BUY-OUT: No items will be sold before the 9/8/17 start date. However, Blue Ridge Antiques reserves the right to consider a 100% contents buyout with or without building/property. The building is also being offered for sale. Please send serious inquires for purchase of contents and/or contents and building via email to HighIntegrityEstateSales@gmail.com. Should a buyout be made prior to the start date of the sale – this advertisement will be updated accordingly. Please continue to check back for updates.

PAYMENT TERMS: All items are being sold AS IS and all sales are FINAL. Blue Ridge Antiques will be handling all purchase transactions. Payment can be made by cash, check (with proper identification) and credit card (with a 3% processing fee to buyer).

SALES TAX: All purchases are subject to an 8% sales tax as law requires. If you are a tax exempt entity, you must provide a copy of your tax exempt certificate to be left with Blue Ridge Antiques at the time of purchase. (We will not be in a position to photograph or photocopy your certificates.) No exceptions will be made to this policy.

POSSESSION OF PURCHASES: All items purchased must be removed from the premises by the close of business on the date of purchase, unless specific authorization is granted by Blue Ridge Antiques to pick up by the last date of Week 2 of this liquidation sale which is 9/17/17. This policy variance will be limited. Any items that are not removed as described herein will become the property of Blue Ridge Antiques and buyer will not be refunded.

LOADING OF ITEMS: Please bring necessary tools/equipment to disassemble, move and load items. (Trailers, straps, hand tools, equipment, moving blankets, padding, paper, boxes and furniture dollys are recommended.) In light of anticipation of high numbers of shoppers, assistance to disassemble and load items will be limited.

INQUIRIES: Please note that due to the large number of items being offered, we will not be able to reply to inquiries regarding the specifics of the items being sold. We are working to include descriptions herein of the most unique of our pieces. We will do our very best to reply to inquiries regarding full buyouts and general questions regarding the sale.

FOOD & DRINK: Refreshments will be sold onsite.

DRESS CODE: The 40,000 sq ft building is not air conditioned. Please dress accordingly. Shoes are required and closed toe shoes are recommended.
