WE DO NOT HELP LOAD so you must bring your own help and loading necessities! The TRUCK, TRACTOR & WINDMILL will be SOLD TO HIGHEST BIDDER. Turn in your bid sheet and bids will be opened Friday @ 3PM and HIGHEST BIDDER will be called. This sale is full of ready to use items and easy to load from house or basement. We will not hand out numbers as when sale time starts doors will open. This sale is a 3-day sale in a nice home where everything is easily accessible and ready to load so make sure to come the first day if you see something in the pictures you are interested in. PLENTY of parking alongside road and driveway so minimal walking is required BUT PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. We will open from 8AM-5PM on THURSDAY & 8AM-5PM on FRIDAY with 25% off items and on SATURDAY from 8AM-1PM all remaining items will be 50% off. We don’t do presales. We open the doors promptly at start time and everyone is welcome to come in and start buying. We will take CASH, debit or credit cards but do charge 3% if purchases are $200 or above.
