This does not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, condition, or description of any items our client offers for sale. Although we try to point out flaws, we recommend that you make your own personal examination of items you might purchase.
Please bring help and supplies for packing, loading, and transporting your newly purchased item(s). Buyer is responsible for the removal of large items purchased during the sale. Items must be removed two hours before closing on the last day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made.

Neither Homeowners nor Turkey Mountain Traders Estate Sales, LLC is responsible for any accidents inside or outside the property.
Parking may be a challenge. The street is very narrow; therefore, street parking is not an option. The circular drive and driveway will be reserved for the pickup of large items. If it is not raining, parking will be permitted on the vacant lot east of the residence. Turkey Mountain Traders received permission from the Methodist Church to use their parking lot on Main Street. The parking lot will be available to use each day of the sale.
Please be advised that the light fixtures included in the sale will be removed by an electrician after the transaction is complete.
We will coordinate a specific time with you to return and pick up your fixture.

Turkey Mountain Traders has been commissioned to liquidate the estate of Mrs. Sandra Dumas Garrett and the late Dr. G. Byrne Garrett of Beebe. Mrs. Sandra's home is filled with lots of awesome merchandise. Some furniture and light fixtures date back to the 1800's. Items offered at the sale include wonderful lamps and light fixtures, Victorian pictures, cast iron fireplace screen, cast iron match holders, Victorian benches, Trapdoor Springfield Military Rifle stamped US 1884, Trestle-style table, vintage rugs, 2 dining room tables & chairs, Victorian parlor chairs, dining china, beautiful Alabaster marble table, antique fans, 15 pieces of Youngstown metal kitchen (including cabinets, 2 sink cabinets, corner cabinets, overhead cabinets), twin brass bed headboard and footboard, cedar trunks, dropleaf table, barley twist accent table, cast iron chandeliers, 3 beds (headboard & footboard), junior grandfather clock, several antique clocks, Beebe Badger yearbooks 1949, 1950, 1951, Razorback Yearbooks, Ole Miss Yearbook, church pew, vintage cobbler's bench, and so much more.
