This does not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, condition, or description of any items our client offers for sale. Although we try to point out flaws, we recommend that you make your own personal examination of items you might purchase.
Please bring help and supplies for packing, loading, and transporting your newly purchased item(s). Buyer is responsible for the removal of large items purchased during the sale. Items must be removed two hours before closing on the last day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made.

Neither Homeowners nor Turkey Mountain Traders Estate Sales, LLC is responsible for any accidents inside or outside the property.
Parking may be a challenge. The street is very narrow; therefore, street parking is not an option. The circular drive and driveway will be reserved for the pickup of large items. If it is not raining, parking will be permitted on the vacant lot east of the residence. Turkey Mountain Traders received permission from the Methodist Church to use their parking lot on Main Street. The parking lot will be available to use each day of the sale.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT PICK-UP. IF YOU REQUEST SHIPPING, PLEASE PAY PROMPTLY WHEN THE PAYMENT LINK IS RECEIVED.
LOADING YOUR ITEMS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Bring your own packing supplies, boxes and HELP if needed for loading.
We do offer shipping on smaller lots. A $10 handling fee and the cost of shipping will be added to your invoice. When registering, be sure to request shipping. Make sure your contact information is correct. TMT is not responsible for shipping.
