Description & Details
We are liquidating the estate of Judith Starkey. Starkeys had retired to Bella Vista, recently moving to this home, and Judith had just completed a whole house décor in what her realtor called “impeccable taste.” Heirs live on the west coast, and selling the estate makes much more sense than moving it, especially since there’s no sentimental attachment for them. Our customers reap the benefit!
It’s an unusually nice inventory, both in its range and in the quality of choices. You’ll see that as you read the descriptions and go online to view the pictures.
This is a very nice, tasteful and high quality inventory. The house is upscale, and Mrs. Starkey had just completed a contemporary “whole house” décor, from furnishings to accessories. The things in this sale are almost all new or near new, with no signs of wear or abuse! Classy and useful things, making for an enjoyable and “Wise Shopper” experience at the Sale.

3 torchiere lamps with wrought iron etagere bases.
Beautiful sectional couch with matching love seat. Tan wide wale corded fabric.
Interesting black wood and glass round coffee table with 4 wedge shaped cushioned roller stools that stow under the glass! (I wish we had a place for it!)
Very nice patterned upholstered high back armchair.
Vintage/antique walnut China Hutch. Simple lines, circa late ‘40’s, early ‘50’s. This was Grandma’s, and may be the only older piece in the house.
Several beautiful end tables and occasional tables. Wood, metal, wrought iron.
A wide variety of wall décor, from small to very large, from original art and stained glass panels to abstract and eclectic pieces. Styles and colors easily complement current décor themes. Several very impressive pieces for end walls in cathedral ceiling or clerestory rooms.

Large round upholstered chair. Contemporary style, great for one or two to curl up in!

Some nice indoor plants and outdoor plants. Buy ‘em and take them home before my “Not-green” thumb does them in!
4 piece King Bedroom suite in oak. A tasteful, contemporary style includes mirrored headboard with smoked glass side compartments, a unique lingerie and jewelry chest on swivel base that rotates to become full length mirror, a 6 drawer/door chest, and a 9 drawer dresser with center lingerie drawers. Have we mentioned that all this furniture looks new?!
California King size Select Comfort Ultra Sleep Number bed with dual controls. Comes with extra pump and control set, and foundation.
Double ended upholstered mini “Lounging bench” (mini means you can only really lounge on it if you’re under 3 ft tall) Great for end of bed, occasional seat, putting on shoes. If you’re a guy, the two endpieces mean you can pile up to a week’s worth of clothes on this baby!
