House is 3 bedrooms with closets, den area, kitchen, and living room/dining room combination and every area was packed full!  These are the final pictures of each room, area, and items in a storage shed and outside!  Lots of unique as well as normal items everyone can use along with lots of items we have tried to display for your buying pleasure!  Following is a list of just SOME of the items available!;

Adrian Pearsall style Mid Century Modern Gondola sofa & lounge chair - both look new!;

Philip Reinisch Mid century modern marble top coffee table, also excellent condition;

2 dining tables with chairs - one in kitchen does not have a leaf, the one in dining room has 2 leaves;

Plaid sofa in den - good condition;

3 bedrooms in house with queen & full beds, dressers, chests, night stands & additional storage pieces with bedding in both sizes;

Towels, additional bedding items, supplies, hair dryers, and miscellaneous items in bathroom;

Women’s clothing sizes in Large & Extra Large - shoes are size 12 medium- most new in box & never worn, Clothing brands include Coldwater Creek, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Chaps, Hannah & more!; 

Kitchen is packed full of new and used items including a Pfaltzgraff 70+ piece set of everyday China, Franciscan Desert rose China-some still new in boxes selling individually, Franciscan Madeira completer pieces, cookware of all kinds, S/P sets, vintage Pyrex including 2 glass percolators, Corning ware, 2 lazy Susan’s, glasses, some new in box items, China cabinet with another set of China from Germany,  more decor pieces and various glass items so please look at all the pictures!;

Outside storage building has all kinds of great items and including a swing, birdbath, hoses, ladders, wheelbarrow outside in back yard. Storage building is full of ice chests, cleaning supplies, and Christmas trees and so much more!;

Remember that we sell ahead if you see something you must have, but we ask that you please be patient as we won’t be able to  remember all the prices!  We will check & get back to you as quickly as possible!  Buying early ends on Wednesday before the sale on Friday & Saturday!
