1. Agreement to Terms
By registering, bidding, purchasing, or participating in this online estate sale, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or participate in the sale.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or remove bids at our sole discretion.
3. Item Descriptions & Condition
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges.
Descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition reports are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate; however, errors may occur. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all available information before bidding or purchasing.
Estate sale items are often used, vintage, or antique and may contain:
Wear
Scratches
Missing parts
Repairs
Stains
Odors
Other imperfections
Failure to inspect an item does not invalidate the sale.
4. Bidding & Purchasing
Binding Agreement
Placing a bid constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if your bid is accepted or wins.
Bid Retraction
Bids may not be withdrawn once submitted.

Soft Close (Optional)
Lots may feature a soft-close ending. If a bid is placed during the final minutes of bidding, additional time may be added to allow continued bidding.
5. Payment Terms

Payment Deadline
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.
Unpaid invoices may result in:

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after receiving items may result in legal action and permanent banning from future sales.
6. Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is provided before payment.
7. Pickup Policy
Scheduled Pickup
Buyers must pick up items during the designated pickup window.
Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for:
Loading items
Bringing packing materials
Bringing assistance for heavy items
Safe removal of purchases
Staff may be unable to assist with moving furniture or large items.
Missed Pickup
Items not picked up during the scheduled timeframe may be considered abandoned without refund.
Storage fees may apply if alternate arrangements are approved.
8. Shipping Policy
Shipping may be available on select items only.
Buyers are responsible for:
Shipping costs
Packaging fees
Insurance
Carrier fees
We are not responsible for:
Shipping delays
Lost packages
Carrier damage
Shipping will occur only after full payment is received.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the sale, buyers agree that the estate sale company, seller, property owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Injuries during pickup
Property damage
Technical bidding failures
Internet outages
Missed bids
Data interruptions
Losses arising from participation in the sale
Participation is entirely at the buyer?s own risk.
10. Website & Technology Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free bidding functionality.
Technical issues including:
Server outages
Internet disruptions
Mobile device failures
Software issues
do not invalidate bids or sales.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
Verify identities
Require additional payment verification
Hold items until funds clear
Cancel suspicious transactions
Fraudulent activity may be reported to law enforcement.
12. Abandoned Property
Items left beyond the pickup deadline without approved arrangements become abandoned property and may be:
Resold
Donated
Disposed of
No refunds will be issued.
13. Firearms, Precious Metals, & Restricted Items (Optional)
Certain regulated items may require:
Background checks
FFL transfers
ID verification
Special pickup procedures
Buyers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
14. Privacy Policy
Buyer information is collected solely for transaction processing and customer communication.
We do not sell customer data to third parties.
However, information may be disclosed if required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Lowndes County, Mississippi.
