Not responsible for loss or accidents. No early birds. Most of the time we can help load large items but please have a plan B. Our entire staff qualifies for senior coffee at McDonalds. Be able to pick up big items by 2:00 PM on Saturday. All items are sold as is where is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please try any electronics before purchasing. Items pictured may be in different places by sale day. We accept cash or checks. If we have good internet connection we can accept credit cards. There is a 3% convenience charge for credit card usage.
Note: We accept phone and internet orders 1 hour after opening on the first day of the sale. Items must be paid with either credit/debit card or by paypal. We will ship if you so wish.

After a Christmas holiday break for R&R we are back, and what a way to start our new year. We are proud to present a special sale in Berryville, Arkansas.

Wally and Janice Kerr closed an antique shop in Green Forest some 15 or 20 years ago and much of the inventory has been stored away all these years. The Estate Solutions has the honor of liquidating this estate.

This is almost a hoarders paradise. There are closets full, a garage packed to the ceiling, and a couple of outbuildings that we cannot even see the back of. . As we uncover items we will post pictures almost daily so check back often. By the way when we post new pictures we move them to the top of the list so you do not have to go through all the old pictures to see the new ones.

The long range weather forecast looks fairly good, so I am going to say the sale is a go at this time. If questions arise on the sale dates call me. 417-263-0674

There is so much in the garage, the house and the storage building that it will be necessary to conduct a second sale. The second sale will be held Feburary 19,20 & 21. All items in the first sale will be sold so everything in the second sale will be original to that sale..
