BIDDING ON GUNS & AMMO:

All guns, ammunition and gun related items in this auction WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. All winning bidders will need to pick up all such items on-site.

If bidding on guns and ammunition, you must be an Arkansas state resident with a valid Arkansas state ID. Be prepared to present a valid Arkansas ID along with signing a document that states that you meet specific qualifications.

BIDDING ON SHEDS/POOL/CARPORTS:

Shed(s) will NOT be available on pickup day as contents will need to be picked up FIRST. Winning Bidder will make arrangements with owner within (3) DAYS after auction ends to arrange a pickup time. If paying CASH, Winning Bidder will have to come on-site pickup day to settle their account. Winning Bidder will be responsible for the removal and transportation.

For POOL & CARPORT REMOVAL, WINNING BIDDER must make arrangements with OWNER within (3) DAYS of auction ending to arrange a time for item removal as it may require more time than the pickup day. If paying CASH, WINNING BIDDER MUST STILL arrive on-site to settle account on pickup day. WINNING BIDDER is responsible for the removal and transportation.
