All Sales Are Final
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits.
Items Sold As-Is
All items are sold in their current condition. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Payment Methods
Cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments accepted.
Returned checks are subject to applicable fees.
Hold Policy
No holds without payment.
Paid items must be picked up by the agreed pickup time.
Loading & Removal
Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting purchased items.
Please bring your own help, tools, blankets, and tie-downs for large items.
Security
Shoplifting will be reported to law enforcement.
Security cameras may be in use.
Children
Children must remain with an adult at all times.
Entry at Your Own Risk
The estate sale company and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change and discounts may be offered at the seller’s discretion.
Respect the Property
Please do not open closed doors, cabinets, drawers, or areas marked “Not for Sale” without permission.
Sold Items
Items marked “Sold” or “Not for Sale” are not available for purchase.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
