A watched list is - The first person onsite at a sale starts the list. The list could be started the day before or an hour before the sale.
It cannot be taped to a door or a window it must be held. Everyone who arrives signs this list. A person can not sign the list for anyone else!
A Circle7R representative will call names from the list, in order, when the sale opens. When you’re called you must be present or
you are removed from the list and lose your place in line.
We are not staffed to load purchases. Any large items purchased please bring muscle and moving equipment. All large purchases must be removed by
3 pm, Thursday 3/29/2018.
If you email us a question regarding this sale, please allow at least one day for an answer. We do not have access to our email while working!
If a photo was removed from any of our sales that does not mean that it was pre-sold. We do not pre-sell items! It means that it was removed by the homeowner or replaced with a re-staged photo.
