Make your own arrangements for lifting, handling or moving your items... WE DO NOT HAVE THE MANPOWER FOR HEAVY LIFTING, WE DO NOT FURNISH IT, YOU MUST BRING HELP WITH YOU.
We are unable to accept phone calls. emails or texts prior to sale
No price request or sales prior to a sale.
Homeowner and Vance Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents inside or outside of the property
We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household at any time if necessary
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY CLOSE OF THE LAST SALE DAY IN A SAFE MANNER AS NOT TO DAMAGE PROPERTY
