All items are sold as-is. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties. Bring help or make arrangements for lifting, packing, or moving your purchased items. WE DO NOT HAVE THE MANPOWER FOR HEAVY LIFTING.
Homeowner and Renaissance Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents inside or outside of property.
We reserve the right to limit occupancy o the household at anytime, which is based on established guidelines.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AT TIME OF PURCHASE, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AT TIME OF SALE.
