Very nice sale in this lovely "for sale" home on beautiful Lake Cortez. Empinado Way is very narrow so caution MUST be used when parking. Parking will be allowed on one side only!! We have transportation for up and down the driveway. Empinado circles back to Barcelona. Please use the "entrance" sign when coming to the sale and please use the "exit" when leaving.
