Caring Transitions Jacksonville Flash Estate Sale

We have a sale full of items great for Pickers, Scrappers, & Upcyclers.  In addition to the house, there is a workshop, garden shed, and other outside storage areas ripe for treasure hunting.  This is a “flash” sale.  This means many items will not be priced.  You will contact a sales associate for on the spot pricing which means great savings for you.  

Outside we have an 80's model International Harvester tractor model 244 with 5 foot cutter and 54" rear tine tiller attachments.  It runs good with no noticeable leaks or mechanical problems and has less than 900 hours use. Across the property there are several antique cars including a 60's model Ford truck (long bed with lots of factory original parts),  2 Ford Mavericks (2 door) , Ford Torino 500 hull (some useable factory parts) , & 2 early 60's four door Ford Fairlane 500 (some useable detail parts).  There is a Poulan riding mower(working) as well as several other mowers for parts/repair.

Inside the home we have living room furniture, tables, lamps, china cabinet, vanity, beds, washer and dryer, 2 upright freezers,  tread mill,  exercise bike, dishes, small appliances, clothes, trunks, office supplies, radios, and many other current and vintage items.

The workshop is filled with 2 Craftsman rolling tool boxes, air compressor, power tools, storage cabinets, CB radios, Wilton vice, and much more. 

The garden shed has hundreds of canning jars as well as baskets, pots, and gardening tools.
