Furniture: Living room pieces with Bassett sofa (upholstered), leather recliner, Queen Anne style chair w/ottoman.  Sony TV and wood TV stand,  there is a Gorgeous King size bedroom set includes head/footboard, 2 night stands, dresser and chest of drawers.  Excellent condition.  

Other items:  day bed metal and wood; traditional queen wood frame , contemporary  dining room table/chairs (must see pics 😍), gorgeous cabinet with sliding glass doors.  

Kitchen:  Fiesta ware dishes,  cookware,  Kitchenaid mixer, Keurig, and other counter top appliances, Bakers rack; Lots of colors (reds and blacks), rooster/chicken country chic. .

Appliances:  Maytag washer/ dryer, garage refirgerator.  

Home  accessories: lamps, tables, plaques and various decor. 

Garage/Patio: just in time for summer, there is a nice decorative patio set with  round table with matching chairs,  includes  working umbrella.  Storage shed holds Craftsman riding mower (model / serial number info shown in pics), lawn trailer, Porter Cable brand air compressor, lawn and garden tools, power tools (Royal, Porter Cable brands), ladders, storage shelves and more.  The yard has several decorative pieces, included heavy pottery hog planter, concrete U of A yard Hog, fence hanging outside yard art. 

Clothing: quality men’s and women’s clothing, large selection of Vera Bradley purses, and some sewing supplies.
