Bring a copy of your exemption certificate if applicable. All items are offed in "AS-IS" condition, all sales are final, no refunds or chargebacks. Bring your own boxes & totes. No seating available. The owners of Cripple Creek Flea Market have decided to retire. Several of the vendors there have also decided to sell out instead of moving their inventory.

Some of the items available will be antique display & showcases, primitive cabinets, shelving units, bookcases, vintage furniture, primitives, collectibles, signs, glassware, home decor, artwork, new products, vintage clothing, DVD's and books. There will be lots of "choice on the shelf" offerings, box lots, whole shelf deals and stand-alone items. The store is still open until the 18th, so some of the items in the photos may be sold prior to auction day. This is a walk-through auction. No seating is available.

Terms: We will accept cash, credit & debit Visa, MasterCard & discover cards with a 4% fee. NO BUYER'S PREMIUM. 9.5% Sales tax will be charged if not tax exempt. Please bring a copy of your certificate if you are a re-seller or you will be charged tax. All items will be offered in "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" condition. Removal on the day of sale after payment or on Sunday from 1-4pm. Items must be removed by Sunday @ 4pm or considered forfeited unless prior arrangements are made with the Auctioneer.
