Moving sale at a country estate

Two large sales in one at this lovely property, which is 10 miles from Searcy. The main house is full of high-end, American-made furniture: sofas, sofa tables, upholstered chairs, end tables, dining room tables, bookcases, antique dressers and chests. There is a decorator touch in every corner, from Johnsonware groupings and crystal bowl collections to lacquered side tables, oversized mirrors, framed art and Persian rugs. The party barn next door is absolutely stuffed with smaller items: collectibles, glassware, craft items, casual stemware and things from the pool house. There is a set of Brown Jordan patio furniture, and two sets of antique exterior doors from a long-ago business in downtown Searcy. There are pool floats, pool chairs, boxes and boxes of party supplies. There is an antique pie safe, small roll-top desk, primitive dough bowl, Maker’s Mark gas grill, an abundance of candles, Scentsy and vintage Noritake blue glasses. You'll have to drive between the two sites, but there's plenty of parking. Opening times will be staggered to ease the pressure of traffic at the sales. There are NO guns, fine jewelry, coins, tools or precious metals (silver or gold) at this sale. There will be an early sale from 4-7 PM Thursday, with a $10 admission fee to be donated to the owner's designated charity. This preview will be at the main house ONLY, so please ask first if you plan to drive here for something that won’t be available til the main sale Friday-Sunday. This is a not-to-be-missed event at one of White County's prettiest properties.
